My Obsession with Leighton Meester/Blair Waldorf's Sailor Dress
So I have got to admit: I am completely, utterly OBSESSED with this dress. I love how the collar is so avant-garde, how the skirt is so form fitting, how the buttons are so cute... Ohhh, how I wish I could own it!
